CASTING PIG

Foundry Pig is generally known as Foundry Pig Iron or hematite pig. With its high silica and manganese content, it can create technical and cost advantages for gray castings. It is also used in induction furnaces and is especially preferred in cupola furnaces.

STEEL PIG

The pig type, called basic pig and known as steel pig in the casting industry, is used in arc furnaces in the production of gray cast iron and steel production. It can be obtained as an intermediate product in integrated facilities that produce steel from iron ore.
